Analysis on Design Points of Outlet Pipeline of MAC in Large Air Separation Unit

大型空分装置中主空气压缩机(MAC)出口管道管径大、流量大、工况复杂、位置敏感,主空压机出口管道的设计对空压机的平稳运行影响重大。对此,论文从影响空压机出口管道安全稳定运行的防喘振、减振、管道应力3个重要方面进行分析,探讨工程设计中大型空分装置空压机出口管道的合理设计方案。

The outlet pipe of the main air compressor(MAC)in large air separation device has large diameter,large flow,complex working conditions and sensitive position.The design of the outlet pipe of the main air compressor has great influence on the smooth operation of the air compressor.In this regard,the paper analyzes the three important aspects that affect the safe and stable operation of the outlet pipe of air compressor:anti-surge,vibration reduction and pipeline stress,and discusses the reasonable design scheme of the outlet pipe of air compressor of large air separation unit in engineering design.
