深圳城市轨道交通8号线工程中的TBM双护盾施工技术

TBM Double Shield Construction Technology in Shenzhen Metro Line 8 Project

双护盾TBM硬岩掘进机集机、电、液压、传感、信息技术于一体,具有功能多、性能稳定可靠等多重优势,可提供连续掘进、破岩、出碴、支护等相关功能,是现阶段隧道施工中的主流设备。论文以深圳城市轨道交通8号线工程为例,着重围绕TBM双护盾施工技术展开探讨,提出该项施工技术的应用思路以及具体方法。

Double shield TBM hard rock boring machine set machine,electricity,hydraulic,sensing,information technology in one,with rich functions,stable and reliable performance of multiple advantages,can provide continuous tunneling,rock breaking,ballast,support and other related functions,it is the mainstream equipment in the current stage of tunnel construction.Taking Shenzhen Urban Rail Transit Line 8 Project as an example,this paper discusses the construction technology of TBM double shield,and puts forward the application ideas and specific methods of the construction technology.
