Key Points and Technology Process of Prefabrication Construction of 25 m Small Box Girder

以合理的方法施工预制箱梁对于提高桥梁质量具有重要意义,但预制箱梁的施工要点较多,容易由于模板支立、钢筋安装、混凝土浇筑、预应力张拉等环节的细节存在问题而影响箱梁的整体质量,因此,需精准把控施工工艺要点。鉴于此,论文以某25 m小箱梁为例,介绍其施工工艺流程,为了全方面把控预制箱梁的施工质量,着重围绕各环节的施工要点和注意事项展开探讨。

Prefabricated box girder is commonly used in highway bridge engineering.It is of great significance to construct prefabricated box girder with reasonable method for improving bridge quality.However,there are many construction points of precast box girder,which can easily affect the overall quality of box girder due to the problems in details of formwork erection,reinforcement installation,concrete pouring,prestressed tension and other links.Therefore,it is necessary to accurately control the key points of construction technology.In view of this,the paper takes a 25m small box girder as an example to introduce its construction process.In order to fully control the construction quality of prefabricated box girder,the key points and matters needing attention of each link are discussed.
