摘要
大型施工企业的实践证明,施工企业要想在竞争激烈的建筑市场中占据一席之地,就必须要实施区域经营管理模式。论文分析了大型施工企业区域经营管理模式现状;从明确区域经营管理职能和责任、正确划分经营管理区域、协调经营管理关系入手,提出了经营管理策略。
The practice of large construction enterprises proves that construction enterprises must implement regional management mode if they want to occupy a place in the competitive construction market.The paper analyzes the status quo of regional management mode of large construction enterprises.This paper puts forward the management strategy from clarifying the function and responsibility of regional management,correctly dividing the management area and coordinating the management relationship.
