摘要
本课题以内蒙古地区典型牧居地下燃池-烟道供暖系统为研究对象,采用实地测试的方法,在利用TG-DSC分析羊粪砖燃料热物理性的基础上,分析供暖房间室内热环境。结果表明:在265~313℃的温度范围内,羊粪砖燃料单位质量放热量高于牛粪,更适合于燃池-烟道供暖系统;在草原传统堆积填料方式下,该系统的供暖能力可以满足热负荷需求,最佳除灰填料时间为16:00;燃池直接供暖房间地面温度失衡受燃池内高温烟气分布不均匀的影响,燃池上地面各测点温度变化明显,燃池上地面各布点局部过热时间占周期的39.1%以上,供暖地面各测点温度峰值最大相差16.4℃,最高升温速度达到5.8℃/h、最高降温速度达到2.4℃/h。该研究为燃池与烟道结构的优化提供了数据基础。
In this paper, the underground combustion pool-flue heating system of typical grazing houses in Inner Mongolia is taken as the research object, and the indoor thermal environment of heating room is analyzed on the basis of TG-DSC analysis of the thermal physical rationality of sheep dung brick fuel. The results show that: in 265 ~ 313 ℃, the heat release per unit mass of sheep dung brick is higher than that of cow dung, which is more suitable for the combustion pool-flue heating system;under the traditional grassland stacking mode, the heating capacity of the system can meet the demand of heat load, and the best time for ash removal is 16:00;the imbalance of ground temperature in the direct heating room of the pool is affected by the uneven distribution of high temperature flue gas in the pool, the temperature of each measuring point on the heating surface changes obviously, and the local overheating time of each measuring point on the heating surface accounts for more than 39.1% of the cycle. The maximum difference of the peak temperature of each measuring point on the heating floor is 16.4 ℃. The maximum heating rate is 5.8 ℃/h and the maximum cooling rate is 2.4 ℃/h. This study provides data support for the optimization of the structure of the combustion pool and flue.
