The Western Hunan Party Organizations′Developing Course and Historical Contribution amid the Full-scale Anti-Japanese War

在大革命时期和土地革命时期的湘西民族地区,虽然贫穷落后,但马克思主义在此已经有所传播。全面抗战时期,在中共湘西工作委员会的领导下,湘西各县的中共党组织纷纷成立。他们利用各种身份作掩护,一面积极发展党组织,一面宣传和组织各种抗日救国活动。湘西民众在抗日宣传下,积极投入到抗战浪潮中,在人力、物力上为抗战提供了有力支援,为抗战胜利做出了巨大贡献。

The Western Hunan areas with large ethnic minority populations were poor amid the First Chinese Great Revolution and Agrarian Revolution,but Marxism had seen a small-scale dissemination.During the full-scale Anti-Japanese War,the Party organizations in five counties of Western Hunan were established under the leadership of the Western Hunan Work Committee of Communist Party of China.Protected by non-Party identities,the Western Hunan Party organizations got actively involved in expanding the Party ranks,and in organizing all kinds of activities in resisting Japanese aggression to save the nation.The western Hunan masses,encouraged by Anti-Japanese War propagation,had actively engaged themselves in the Anti-Japanese war,sent their kids and grain to support the frontlines;all of which had stepped up the final victory over the Anti-Japanese war.
