摘要
思政课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程。民办高校由于自身体制机制的特殊性,思政课建设相对薄弱,存在国家高度重视但民办高校重视程度不够、思政课建设主体责任是高校党委与民办高校党委权责不对等、思政课教学需要高素质教师队伍但民办高校思政课教师队伍力量薄弱、思政课教学亟待改革但民办高校思政课改革相对滞后、思政课教学质量评价需要多元化但民办高校思政课教学质量评价不甚合理、思政课教学需要高层次科研项目支撑但民办高校思政课科研薄弱等现实矛盾。新形势下破解民办高校思政课教学困境,需要全面加强党的领导,健全民办高校思想政治工作领导体制,建设高素质稳定的教师队伍,推进思政课教学改革创新,加强对民办高校思政课的监管力度,完善民办高校思政课教学质量评价,提高民办高校思政课科研水平,提升思政课教学效果。
Ideological and political is the key lesson in implementing the essential mission of ideological and political education to shape morality and cultivate people.Civilian-run colleges lacks the construction of ideological and political education due to their special system.There are realistic problems,including colleges do not pay enough attention to ideological and political education although the country emphasizes a lot;imbalance of responsibility and power between the committees of civilian-run colleges and other colleges,which is the subject of the construction of ideological and political education;colleges need high-quality teachers while this is what they lack;ideological and political education requires reformation while it goes too slow in civilian-run colleges;assessments of the lessons need to be diverse while in civilian-run colleges the systems is not reasonable;ideological and political education needs high level research projects to support while civilian-run college lack research ability.In these new situations,in order to solve the dilemma in political education teaching of civilian-run colleges,we must enforce the lead of the party,improve the leading system of ideological and political education teaching of civilian-run colleges,build steady and high-quality teaching teams,push the reformation and enforce the supervising,enhance the assessment of teaching in civilian-run colleges,improve their research abilities and teaching results.
