基于模糊综合评价的电网调峰效益研究

摘要 提出基于区间数的梯形隶属函数,引进区间符合度修正单因素隶属度,建立基于区间数的模糊综合评价模型;提出新能源消纳保障性收购小时数作为新能源消纳保障性收购指标,建立新能源消纳下的电网调峰效益评价指标体系;计算多场景的新能源消纳下的电网调峰效益的综合得分,并确定评价等级。从经济效益、环境效益、社会效益3个方面进行比较,结果表明,弹性消纳新能源的调峰策略优于深度调峰和启停调峰消纳新能源的调峰策略,为电网制定大规模新能源消纳下的调峰策略提供了参考。 It proposes a trapezoidal membership function based on interval numbers,introduces interval conformity to modify single-factor membership,and establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on interval numbers.It proposes new energy consumption guarantee acquisition hours as new energy consumption.Incorporating guaranteed acquisition indicators,and established a grid peak shaving benefit evaluation index system under new energy consumption.The comprehensive score of the grid peak shaving benefit under multi-scenario new energy consumption is calculated and the evaluation level is determined.The three aspects of environmental benefit and social benefit are compared and analyzed.It can be obtained that the peak-shaving strategy of the new energy flexible consumptionis better than the peak-shaving strategy of deep peak-shaving and starting and stopping peak-shaving to absorb new energy,which provides a reference for the power grid to develop peak-shaving strategies under large-scale new energy consumption.
