摘要
某电厂300 MW机组锅炉设计煤质为褐煤,掺烧烟煤后,磨煤机出口风粉温度偏高,影响机组安全运行。通过制粉系统热力计算及一次风管道阻力计算后,确定一次风管道改造方案。经过本次改造,可实现烟煤掺烧最大比例达37%,改造效果良好。
The designed coal for a 300 MW unit boiler in a power plant is lignite.After burning bituminous coal,the temperature of the pulverized air at the outlet of the coal mill is high,which affects the safe operation of the unit.After the thermal calculation of the pulverizing system and the calculation of the resistance of the primary air duct,the reconstruction plan of the primary air duct is determined.After this transformation,the maximum proportion of bituminous coal mixed combustion can reach 37%,and the transformation effect is good.
