卷烟包装工艺质量上报小程序的设计与实现

WeChat Applet for Reporting Process Quality Information of Cigarette Packaging

针对卷烟生产过程中所存在的因工艺质量信息上传共享滞后、人工统计实时性差、多类数据归纳分析不科学等原因而导致的不合格品管控不及时、生产信息反馈效率低等问题,基于微信小程序开发平台,设计并开发出一款适用于烟支卷接包装过程工艺质量信息上报的小程序,实现了实时信息上报、数据统计、筛选、异常报警及可视化等多种功能。旨在提升生产过程中的工艺管控效力,构建卷包工艺质量监测数据库,提高卷包车间生产管理智能化与精确化水平,助推智慧工厂的发展。

Aiming at the problems of untimely control of unqualified products and low efficiency of production information feedback that caused by process quality information sharing lags behind,poor real-time performance of manual statistics,unscientific analyzing on multi-category data inductive,and other causes in the production process of cigarettes,based on the WeChat applet development platform,this paper designs and developes an applet that suitable for reporting process quality information in the cigarette packaging process,which realizes various functions such as real-time information reporting,data statistics,screening,abnormal information alarm and visualization. This project aims to improve the effectiveness of process control in the production process,moreever,to establish a database for monitoring the quality of packaging process and improve the level of intelligence and precision in production management of the packaging workshop.
