摘要
为提高红外探测器件在长周期测试中的定量化、自动化程度,提出了一套红外探测器长周期定量化测试软件。在.NET Framework环境下,基于Winform技术进行可视化的系统开发实现了对OpenVPX机箱数据传输与遥测,及对外围硬件设备的自动化调度工作,并提出一种新的方法自动化表征红外探测器稳定性,能将红外探测器响应率、非均匀性等复杂性能参数自动绘图展示。
In order to improve the quantification and automation of infrared detectors in long-period testing,a set of longperiod quantitative testing software for infrared detectors is proposed in this paper.In the.NET Framework environment,the visualization system development based on Winform technology has realized the data transmission and telemetry of the OpenVPX chassis,and the automatic scheduling of peripheral hardware devices,and proposes a new method to automatically characterize the stability and performance of infrared detectors.Automatically plot and display complex performance parameters such as infrared detector response rate and non-uniformity.
