摘要 以低浓度煤矿瓦斯为背景,设计了一套基于组态王6.55的低浓度煤矿瓦斯抑爆式变压吸附浓缩工艺仿真模拟平台。因低浓度煤矿瓦斯在变压吸附浓缩过程中极易爆炸,在组态软件中用模拟量对设备参数进行修改、设定,可在组态软件的仿真界面实时观察不同压强参数下的吸附结果。该组态软件还可外连PLC,可以更好地进行上位机的监控和下位机的程序控制,以降低低浓度煤矿瓦斯在吸附浓缩过程中爆炸事件发生的概率。 Taking low-concentration coal mine gas as the background,a set of simulation platform for low-concentration coal mine gas explosion suppression pressure swing adsorption concentration process based on software KingView 6.55 is designed in this paper.Because gas pressure swing adsorption concentration process of low-concentration coal mine is very easy to explode,the simulation quantity is used to modify and set the equipment parameters in the configuration software,and the adsorption results under different pressure parameters can be observed in real time on the simulation interface of the configuration software.The configuration software can also be connected with PLC,which can better monitor the upper computer and lower computer program control,so as to reduce the probability of explosion events in the process of adsorption and concentration of low-concentration coal mine gas.
