摘要
在具有多输入多输出、强耦合作用的给水母管机组汽包水位控制中,针对特定工况下汽包水位波动的现象,分析了相关原因,提出了一种增加本炉燃料变化、本炉蒸发量变化、本炉减温水变化、邻炉蒸发量变化以及主汽母管压力控制时“调压炉”“跟随炉”参数修正的改进汽包水位“三冲量”控制策略。通过对上述相关逻辑优化,给水母管压力、各锅炉汽包水位调节品质改善效果明显,提高了机组运行的安全稳定性。
In the drum water level control of feed water main pipe unit with "MIMO" and strong coupling,aiming at the phenomenon of drum water level fluctuation under specific working condition,this paper analyzes the relevant reasons and puts forward a modified "three parameters control strategy" of drum water level with increasing fuel change,evaporation change,spray water change,evaporation change of adjacent furnace and parameter adjustment of "pressure regulating furnace" and "following furnace" when controlling the main steam main pipe pressure.By optimizing above logic,the regulation effect of feed water tube pressure and boiler drum water level is obvious,and the safety and stability of the unit are improved.
