不同消毒方式对猪舍自然菌消毒效果的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探究幻影360°消毒、熏蒸法消毒和喷雾消毒这3种不同消毒方式对猪舍自然菌的现场消毒效果。本研究参考中华人民共和国农业部《兽用消毒剂技术规范》(1992年版),幻影360°分子悬浮消毒机使用25%戊二醛消毒,烟熏宝使用二氯异氰尿酸钠烟熏剂消毒,喷雾器使用过硫酸氢钾和氯化钠复合物消毒。通过自然沉降法采集猪舍消毒前、消毒后1 h、3 h和6 h猪舍内的细菌总数,并计算杀菌率,比较这3种消毒方式的消毒效果。结果显示,消毒前,三种消毒方式均无显著差异(P>0.05),消毒1 h、3 h和6 h后,3组间细菌总数均存在显著差异(P<0.05),幻影360°消毒组<熏蒸消毒组<喷雾消毒组;消毒1 h后幻影360°消毒组、熏蒸消毒组和喷雾消毒组的杀菌率分别为95.21%、77.14%和55.13%,消毒后3h后幻影360°消毒组的杀菌率最高(91.84%),喷雾消毒组最低(39.93%);消毒6 h后幻影360°消毒组、熏蒸消毒组和喷雾消毒组杀菌率分别为90.35%、60.99%和20.93%。幻影360°消毒组的杀菌率均在90%以上,消毒效果最优,而喷雾消毒6 h后的杀菌率较消毒1 h后的杀菌率直降50%,存在时间效应,消毒效果最差。综合上述实验结果,幻影360°消毒效果较优,熏蒸法消毒效果其次,喷雾消毒效果较差,且存在时间效应。 This experiment was conducted to study the on-site disinfection effect of the three disinfection methods of Phantom 360°disinfection,fumigation disinfection and spray disinfection on the natural bacteria in the pig house.This study refers to the"Technical Specifications for Veterinary Disinfectants"(1992 edition)of the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China.The Phantom 360°Molecular Suspension Sterilizer is sterilized with 25%glutaraldehyde,the fumigation is sterilized with sodium dichloroisocyanurate fumigant,and the sprayer is sterilized with a compound of potassium hydrogen persulfate and sodium chloride.The total number of bacteria in the pig house before disinfection,1 h,3 h and 6 h after disinfection was collected by natural sedimentation method,and the sterilization rate was calculated to compare the disinfection effects of the three disinfection methods.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the three disinfection methods before disinfection(P>0.05),and after disinfection for 1 h,3 h and 6 h,there were significant differences in the total number of bacteria among the three groups(P<0.05),among which the phantom 360°Disinfection group<fumigation disinfection group<spray disinfection group.After 1 hour of disinfection,the sterilization rates of the phantom 360°disinfection group,the fumigation disinfection group and the spray disinfection group were 95.21%,77.14%and 55.13%,respectively.After 3 hours of disinfection,the sterilization rate of the phantom 360°disinfection group was the highest(91.84%),and the spray disinfection group was the lowest(39.93%).After 6 hours of disinfection,the sterilization rates of the phantom 360°disinfection group,the fumigation disinfection group and the spray disinfection group were 90.35%,60.99%and 20.93%,respectively.The sterilization rate of the Phantom 360°disinfection group was above 90%,and the disinfection effect was the best.The sterilization rate after 6 hours of spray disinfection dropped by 50%compared with that after 1 hour of disinfection,and there was a time effect,and the disinfection effect was the worst.Based on the above test results,the phantom 360°disinfection effect is better,the fumigation method is the second,and the spray disinfection effect is poor because of the time effect.
