摘要
牛白血病病毒是牛最常见的肿瘤性疾病之一,在临床医疗中并不多见,由于缺乏对该病的认识,临床上诊断经常误诊,本文通过NBCI网站查找牛白血病病毒的基因序列,利用Primer 5.0软件设计一对特异性引物,对该引物进行反应条件的优化,并利用该引物对牛白血病病毒基因进行扩增;结果显示该引物扩增的目的片段为194bp,能够作为PCR技术鉴定牛白血病病毒。
Bovine leukemia virus is one of the most common neoplastic diseases in cattle,but it is rare in clinical medicine.Due to the lack of awareness of the disease,clinical diagnosis is often misdiagnosed.In this paper,the gene sequence of bovine leukemia virus was searched through the NBCI website,and a pair of specific primers were designed by Primer 5.0 software,and the reaction conditions of the primers were optimized.Next,we used the primers to amplify the bovine leukemia virus gene.The results showed that the target fragment amplified by this primer was 194 bp,which could be used as PCR technology to identify bovine leukemia virus.
