工业4.0背景下湖南省制造业产业集聚水平及其影响探究

Manufacturing Industry Agglomeration Level and Its Influence in Hunan Province under the Background of Industry 4.0

基于工业4.0战略背景,在对湖南省制造业产业集聚水平进行测算的基础上,运用面板数据模型分析了湖南省制造业集聚发展的影响因素。结果显示:湖南省制造业产业集聚水平存在显著的行业不均衡现象,其中烟草制造业产业集聚水平较高;产业集聚的区域空间呈现不均衡性,即呈现以长沙为中心、株洲和岳阳为副中心,由内向外逐层递减的分布状态。在对产业集聚的影响因素进行回归分析后发现,互联网发展水平、区域产业产值、市场规模与产业集聚均存在显著的正相关关系,市场需求与城市化水平有助于湖南省制造业产业的集聚。

Based on the international Industry 4.0,this paper calculates the industrial agglomeration level of Hunan manufacturing industry and analyzes the influencing factors of agglomeration by using panel data model.The results show that there is a significant industrial imbalance in the industrial agglomeration level,among which the tobacco industry has a higher level.The regional spatial distribution of industrial agglomeration is unbalanced,that is,Changsha is the center,Zhuzhou and Yueyang are the sub-centers,and the distribution is decreasing layer by layer from the center to the periphery.After the regression analysis of the influencing factors of industrial agglomeration,it is found that Internet development level,regional industrial output value,market size and industrial agglomeration have a significant positive correlation,and market demand and urbanization level contribute to the agglomeration of manufacturing industry in Hunan Province.
