摘要 摩擦纳米发电机(TENG)可以从环境中捕捉到细微的能量并转换为电信号输出,为了解决TENG接触面的机械磨损所引起的输出稳定性下降的问题,基于动物皮毛摩擦层制备旋转接触式的TENG,并研究了TENG输出性能的变化。结果表明,使用兔毛摩擦层后,TENG的输出性能以及稳定性得到有效提升。在20 r/min的转速下,最大开路电压约为156.9 V,最大短路电流约为310 nA。与铜摩擦层的TENG相比,其输出电压提升了约12.5%,且接触面的机械磨损更小。该TENG在10000个周期耐久性测试后,峰值电压仅有7.3%的轻微下降。通过点亮将近120支LED,可以验证兔毛TENG良好的输出性能,为TENG的高性能、低损耗应用提供实用策略。 Triboelectric nanogenerators(TENGs)can capture small energy from the environment and convert to output electrical signals.To solve the problem of decreased output stability caused by mechanical wear on the contact surface of the TENG,a rotating contact TENG based on an animal fur friction layer was prepared,and the change of the output performances of the TENG was investigated.The results show that the output performance and stability of the TENG are effectively improved by using the rabbit fur friction layer.At a rotation speed of 20 r/min,the maximum open-circuit voltage is about 156.9 V and the maximum short-circuit current is around 310 nA.Compared with the TENG based on Cu friction layer,the output voltage of the TENG increases about 12.5% and the mechanical wear on the contact surface is less.The TENG shows only a slight drop of 7.3% in peak voltage after 10000 cycles of durability tests.By lighting nearly 120 LEDs,the good output performance of the TENG based on rabbit fur can be verified,providing a practical strategy for the TENG in high performance and low loss applications.
