Research and Design of the 40000 t Multi-purpose Transportation Dock

针对常规的浮船坞无运输功能,无法满足船舶或海工产品的下水、上排及在总厂与分厂之间短途运输的需求的情况,设计一款集下水工作船、甲板运输驳、半潜驳和浮船坞等功能于一体的40000 t举力多功能运输坞。通过船舶概况、作业功能和方式、船型和总布置、设计理念等方面阐述该40000 t举力多功能运输坞的研发设计,供同类型运输坞的设计参考。

Conventional floating docks do not have transportation functions,so they cannot meet the demand of short distance transportation of ship or offshore product between the shipyard and its subsidiaries for launching or moving onto slipway.To solve the problem,a 40000 t multi-purpose transportation dock is designed,which can function as a launching work ship,a deck transportation barge,a semi-submersible barge or a floating dock.This paper elaborates the development and design of the dock in general introduction,work functions and modes,ship type and general arrangement,design concepts and etc.to provide reference for the design of similar transportation docks.
