摘要 为有效解决液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)双燃料船燃气阀组单元(Gas Valve Unit,GVU)房间的安全问题,结合船级社等规范制定部门对GVU房间通风系统负压控制和换气次数的要求,分别对GVU房间和GVU风机排气管路内部流场进行仿真模拟。通过多次模拟优化,最终得到合适的风机性能和进风口流通面积参数。研究表明,在满足房间换气次数和负压要求的同时,能确保风机排风效果最佳,提高船舶设计效率,保证GVU房间通风系统的可靠性。 To effectively solve the safety problem of the Gas Valve Unit(GVU)room of Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG)carriers,the flow fields inside the GVU room and the GVU fan pipelines are simulated,taking into account the regulations of classification societies on the GVU ventilation system such as negative pressure control and ventilation rate.After times of simulations and optimizations,the proper fan performance and air inlet flow area parameters are finally obtained.The study proves the possibility of ensuring the optimal fan ventilation performance on the premise of meeting the ventilation rate and negative pressure requirements.In this way the regulations are satisfied,the ship design efficiency is improved,and the reliability of the GVU room ventilation system is guaranteed.
