摘要
超大型集装箱船船体设计具有工时量巨大的特点,若能在设计初期准确估算出船体生产设计工时总物量,将对提升设计效率、降低设计成本起到显著作用。由此,以21000 TEU超大型集装箱船船体结构生产设计为例,借助以往船型的经验设计工时,对新船标准工时进行物量估算和修正,精准计算出新船的船体设计总工时。通过将全船设计总工时按区域、分段和阶段拆分,最终形成一整套标准工时数据库。经实船验证,采用该方法计算出的标准工时贴近实际使用值。
The hull design of super large container ships is characterized by a huge amount of man-hours.If the total amount of man-hours for hull production design can be accurately estimated in the early design stage,it will be of great significance in improving design efficiency and reducing design costs.Therefore the production design of the hull structure of a 21000 TEU super large container ship is taken as the example to estimate and correct the man-hours of the hull design for new ship with the help of the previous experience in design man-hours,and thus the total man-hours for the hull design of new ship is accurately calculated.Then the total design man-hours of the whole ship are divided into regions,sections and stages,and a complete set of standard man-hours database is finally formed.Actual ship verification proves that the standard working hours calculated by the method are close to the actual amount used.
