化妆品乳液中糖皮质激素的测定能力验证

Proficiency Testing for Glucocorticoids Determination in Cosmetic Emulsions

通过实施化妆品乳液中糖皮质激素测定的能力验证计划,了解国内化妆品检测机构的糖皮质激素测定能力和水平,识别实验室间检测水平差异。通过方案设计、样品制备、均匀性和稳定性试验、统计结果、技术分析等方面,对全国66家化妆品检测实验室的糖皮质激素检测结果进行了评价和分析。结果显示所制备样品的均匀性及稳定性符合相关要求,可用于开展能力验证活动。66家实验室结果不满意率小于10%,说明大部分实验室能够准确测定化妆品乳液中的糖皮质激素,部分实验室的检验能力有待提高。

To understand the ability and level of glucocorticoids determination in domestic cosmetics testing institutions and identify the difference of detection level among laboratories through the implementation of the proficiency testing plan for the glucocorticoids determination in cosmetic emulsions.The results of glucocorticoid detection in 66 cosmetics testing laboratories in China were evaluated and analyzed through protocol design,sample preparation,homogeneity and stability test,statistical results,technical analysis,etc.The results showed that the homogeneity and stability of the prepared samples met the relevant requirements,which could be used for proficiency testing activities.The dissatisfaction rate of 66 laboratories was less than 10%.It indicates that most laboratories can accurately determine glucocorticoids in cosmetic emulsions,and the testing ability of some laboratories needs to be improved.
