安徽省2020年国家化妆品监督抽检结果分析

Results Analysis of the National Cosmetics Supervision and Sampling Inspection in Anhui Province in 2020

按照《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版),通过对安徽省市售的防晒类、染发类等11类化妆品进行监督抽检,客观评价辖区内化妆品质量安全状况。结果发现抽检的11类500批化妆品中不合格样品为15批,不合格率为3.0%。由此可见,安徽省市售化妆品监督抽检结果总体尚好,但非法添加激素等范围有扩大的趋势。建议进一步加大监测力度及指标范围,加强标准的制修订,提升化妆品检测方法的可操作性。

According to Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics(2015),11 categories of cosmetics including sunscreen and hair dyes sold in Anhui province were supervised and inspected randomly,and the test results were statistically analyzed,so as to objectively evaluate their quality and safety.The results showed that 15 batches of unqualified cosmetics samples were detected in 500 batches of 11 categories,and the unqualified rate was 3.0%.It could be seen that the results of supervision and sampling inspection of cosmetics in Anhui province were generally good,but the scope of illegal hormone addition had a tendency to expand.It is suggested to further increase the intensity of monitoring and the range of indicators,strengthen the revision of standards,and improve the operability of cosmetic safety testing methods.
