摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中大麻二酚含量的方法。样品通过丙酮提取,色谱分离,经DAD(Diode array detector)检测器测定。方法检出限为10.0 mg/kg,加标回收率为91.2%~97.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)<3%。方法可满足日常检测的要求,采用该方法测定了30款宣传含有大麻二酚的产品,但其中多款产品并未检出大麻二酚。
A method for the determination of cannabidiol content in cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was established. The sample was extracted with acetone, separated by HPLC, and measured with DAD(Diode array detector). The limit of quantification was 10.0 mg/kg, the recoveries ranged from 91.2% to 97.6%, and the relative standard deviation(RSD)< 3%. This method meets the requirements of daily inspection. It was used to determine 30 products that advertised containing cannabidiol, but the results showed that the cannabidiol content in many of these products was less than 10 mg/kg.
