碳达峰碳中和目标背景下建筑业高质量发展的路径 被引量:9

Study on Path of High-Quality Development of Construction Industry with Target of Peak Carbon Dioxide Emissions and Carbon Neutrality

摘要 全球温室效应造成的环境负面影响已愈发严重.“3060目标”碳达峰碳中和是我国应对全球气候变暖的重要战略目标.建筑业能耗高、碳排放量大,是节能减排的重点控制部门.本研究对建筑业能耗和碳排放量的统计数据进行分析,发现建筑材料生产运输和运营阶段的能耗和碳排放约占建筑全生命周期的98%,是控制建筑碳排放量的关键阶段.基于全寿命周期视角,分别从政府、建设者和消费者三大参与方,提出我国建筑业低碳高质量发展的路径建议,以期为我国建筑业低碳发展提供指导和参考,促进我国尽早实现碳达峰碳中和目标. The negative environmental impact caused by the greenhouse effect has become increasing serious globally.Peak carbon dioxide emissions by 2030 and the neutrality of carbon emissions by 2060 are important strategic goals in China in order to cope with global warming.The construction industry,which consumes a large amount of energy and emits a lot of greenhouse gases,is the key department monitored for energy conservation and carbon emission reduction.The energy consumption and carbon emission were analyzed in this paper based on statistical data,and it is found that energy consumption and carbon emissions in the production,the transportation of materials and the operation phases of building accounted for about 98%of the life cycle of a building,which were the three key stages to control carbon emissions in building industry.The path for low-carbon and high-quality development for construction industry in China was also proposed in this paper from the government,construction participants and consumers based on life cycle perspectives.This article aims at providing the guidance and reference for low-carbon development of construction industry in China,which contributes to the early achievement of the goal of peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality.
