Impact of the Implementation of GB 20951—2020 on Port Liquid Bulk Cargo Multimodal Transport

近年来环保力度的加大对港口液体散货多式联运提出了新要求。本文从水路运输、公路运输及铁路运输3个方面分析了GB 20951—2020 《油品运输大气污染物排放标准》的实施对港口液体散货多式联运产生的影响,指出港口企业应根据该标准及时调整生产工艺流程,以保证液体散货多式联运的高效运转。

In recent years, the strengthening of environmental protection has put forward new requirements for multimodal transport of liquid bulk cargo in port. This paper analyzes the impact of the implementation of GB 20951—2020(Emission Standard of Air Pollutant for Petroleum Transport) on the multimodal transport of port liquid bulk cargo from three aspects of waterway transportation, road transportation and railway transportation, and points out that port enterprises should adjust the production process in time according to the standard to ensure the efficient operation of the multimodal transport of liquid bulk cargo.
