数字化转型下美的集团财务共享服务系统中心的优化研究

Research on Optimization of Midea Group’s Financial Sharing Center Under Digital Transformation

随着信息技术的更新换代,数字经济时代已经到来,不断推进全球经济发展进入高速增长阶段,使得企业面临日益严峻的竞争形势。本文以家电行业的领军企业美的集团为例,对美的集团建立和实施财务共享服务系统的运行效果进行评价,从而能够保证企业在数字化技术层面的财务职能得以优化。此外,本文还针对美的集团建立财务共享服务系统存在的不足之处提出了措施建议。

With the upgrading of information technology, the era of digital economy has come, and the continuous advancement of global economic development has entered a high-speed growth stage, making enterprises face increasingly severe competition situation. Taking Midea Group, a leading enterprise in the household appliance industry, as an example,this paper evaluates the operation effect of Midea Group’s establishment and implementation of a financial shared service center, so as to ensure that the financial functions of enterprises can be optimized at the level of digital technology. In addition, this paper also puts forward measures and suggestions for the shortcomings of Midea Group’s establishment of a financial shared service center.
