中小企业技术创新三螺旋模式探索

Exploration on Triple Helix Mode of Technological Innovation in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

本文从政策推进、企业跟进和高职院校促进3个现实需求方面阐述了中小企业技术创新现状,分析了中小企业技术创新存在的市场变化快、自身技术储备不足、横向交流不畅等问题,并提出三螺旋创新模式。该模式通过边界融合、需求互补、产出互助等方式,旨在有效促进技术创新要素在政府、中小企业和高职院校之间有序流动。

This paper expounds the current situation of technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises from the aspects of policy promotion, enterprise follow-up and higher vocational education promotion, analyzes the problems existing in technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises, such as fast market change, insufficient technical reserves, poor horizontal communication, and puts forward the three helix innovation mode. The three helix innovation mode adopts boundary fusion, demand complementation and mutual output, aiming to effectively promote the orderly flow of technological innovation elements among the government, small and medium-sized enterprises and higher vocational colleges.
