叶片数量对KJS-Y型降尘风机气动性能的影响分析

摘要 为了提高降尘风机的除尘性能,解决降尘风机在运行中存在的全压和全压效率较低、降尘效果较差、能量损耗较大,经济效益较低等问题,通过改变KJS-Y型降尘风机叶片数量,采用流固耦合方法,对采用不同叶片数量的风机进行数值模拟试验仿真分析,计算得到风机的静压、动压、全压以及全压效率等气动性能指标,并通过比较与分析不同叶片数量风机的气动性能指标,以此来确定最佳叶片数量,并指出该研究可为确定降尘风机最佳叶片数量提供参考。 In order to improve the dust removal performance of the dust blowers, and solve the problems of low total pressure and total pressure efficiency, poor dust reduction effect, large energy loss and low economic benefits of the dust blowers in operation, In this paper, by changing KJS-Y dust blower vane number, using flow-solid coupling method, using numerical simulation of the dust blowers with different vane number, aerodynamic performance indexes such as static pressure, dynamic pressure, total pressure and total pressure efficiency, are obtained. By comparing and analyzing the aerodynamic performance indexes of dust blowers with different vane number, the optimal vane number is determined, and it is pointed out that this study can provide a reference for determining the optimal vane number of dust blowers.
