摘要
某型电力机车在整车正线试运时,发现该车5位轮对左侧轴箱装配温升明显异常,同其他轴位相比存在明显偏高的情况,同时伴随着间或性的尖锐异响,轴箱装配组装质量不合格,存在质量安全隐患。针对这一电力机车轴箱装配温升异常故障,通过对整个轴箱装配组装过程的系统分析,找出了问题产生的根本原因,并制定了相应的改进措施,可以保证轴箱装配组装质量,确保机车走行部运用安全。
During the test run operation of a certain type of electric locomotive on the main line of the whole vehicle, it was found that the temperature rise in the left axle box assembly of the fifth-position wheel set of the electric locomotive was obviously abnormal, which was significantly higher than that of other axle positions, and was accompanied by intermittently sharp abnormal noise at the same time, the assembly quality of the axle box was unqualified, and there were quality safety hazards. In view of the abnormal temperature rise in axle box assembly of the electric locomotive, through the systematic analysis of the whole assembly process of the axle box, the root causes of the problems are found out, and the corresponding improvement measures are formulated, which can ensure the assembly quality of the axle box and the operation safety of the locomotive running gear.
