采前喷施水杨酸和茉莉酸甲酯对秀珍菇产量和采后生理的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Preharvest Spraying Salicylic Acid and Methyl Jasmonate on Preservation of Pleurotus pulmonarius

摘要 为了研究采前外源诱导物处理对秀珍菇产量及采后生理的影响,考察了150μmol·L^(-1)水杨酸(SA)和50μmol·L^(-1)茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)喷施处理对秀珍菇产量、贮藏过程中失重率、硬度、营养成分的变化,及乙烯受体基因PpuETR1和PPACC2表达的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比,采前SA、MeJA处理可有效抑制秀珍菇子实体失重,延缓子实体硬度下降速度,抑制秀珍菇乙烯受体基因的表达水平;MeJA处理可提高秀珍菇的产量,以及钙、铁等微量元素含量;SA处理对秀珍菇产量无显著影响,但会显著降低子实体氨基酸的含量。由此可见,采前SA、MeJA处理可以提高秀珍菇子实体的贮藏期商品品质,有一定的保鲜效果,且MeJA处理更适合运用于秀珍菇采前保鲜。 In order to study the influence of exogenous inducers before harvest on yield and postharvest physiological changes of Pleurotus pulmonarius,effects of yield,weight loss,hardness,nutrient content and expression of ethylene receptor genes PpuETR1 and PPACC2 of P.pulmonarius were investigated after treatment with 150μmol·L^(-1)salicylic acid(SA)and 50μmol·L^(-1)methyl jasmonate(MeJA).The experimental results showed that preharvest SA and MeJA treatment could effectively inhibit the weight loss,delay the speed of hardness decline of fruit body,and inhibit the expression level of ethylene receptor gene.MeJA treatment could increase the yield and the contents of trace elements such as calcium and iron.SA treatment had no significant effect on yield,but significantly reduced the content of amino acid in fruit body.Therefore,it is clear that preharvest spraying SA and MeJA can improve the commodity quality of P.pulmonarius during storage period,which have a certain influence on fresh-keeping effect,and preharvest spraying MeJA is more suitable for the preservation of P.pulmonarius.
