核电机组配电柜三色指示灯的研究与优化

摘要 核电机组中低压配电柜广泛使用三色指示灯。通过调研发现这些三色指示灯均存在指示文字暗淡,无法带电更换等问题,因此对三色指示灯结构上进行优化与改进,实现在线更换的功能非常必要。在线更换指示灯能解决核电机组在指示灯更换过程中必须负荷停电的问题,降低了核电机组设备停运带来的风险。除此之外由于更换安全快捷,大大降低了设备的检修时间和平均故障时间,节约了维护成本。 The three-color indicator light is widely used in low-voltage switchboard of nuclear power plant.Through study,it is found that these three-color indicator lights are dim and cannot be replaced live.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize and improve the structure of the three-color indicator lights and realize the function of online replacement.The on-line replacement of the indicator light can solve the problem that the nuclear power plant must have power outage during the replacement of the indicator light,and reduce the risk of the nuclear power plant equipment outage.In addition,because the replacement is safe and fast,the maintenance time and average failure time of the equipment are greatly reduced,and the maintenance cost is saved.
