核电爆破负挖工程进度风险管理

摘要 风险因行业而异,因工程而异。在已运行或建设中的核电站内进行爆破负挖工程建设,工程投资大、风险因素多种多样,其风险具有显著特殊性。通过客观、真实、完整的还原H核电站5、6号机组南侧地下管沟爆破负挖工程工期延误的实际情况,在全面梳理核电爆破负挖工程中的项目备案、新冠肺炎疫情、不利自然环境、设计变更、爆破器材供应、业主特殊管理要求等风险事件的基础上,进一步归纳辨析核电爆破负挖工程最常出现的风险因素和事件,并针对性地提出进度风险管控措施,旨在为后续核电及其他领域爆破负挖工程的管理提升、工期优化和进度风险管理提供借鉴。 Risks vary by industry and project.The construction of blasting and negative excavation in nuclear power plants that have been in operation or under construction has a large project investment.A variety of risk factors and its risks have siginificant particularities.It displays the actual situation of the construction period delay through the objective,true and complete restoration of the blasting and negative excavation in underground trench to the south of unit 5 and 6 of the H Nuclear Power plant,analyzes the risk events to cause the construction period delay,summarizes and analyzes the most common risk factors and risk events of blasting and negative excavation in nuclear power plant,provides reference for project management improvement,construction period optimization and schedule risk management of blasting and negative excavation in nuclear power plants and other fields on the basis of comprehensively combing the project filing,the Covid-19 pandemic,the unfavorable narural environmental conditions,design change,the supply of blasting materials,and the special management requirements of the owner.
