摘要
为保证系统移交后生产活动的顺利开展,同时为生产管理信息系统建设项目提供输入,国内某核电厂开展生产管理流程建设,旨在建立相互联系、职责清晰、体系完整的生产流程体系。经过前期策划、细化完善、试运行等各阶段工作实施,达到以下目标:1)建立以工作过程管理为中心,不同领域业务流程相互串接的生产流程网络雏形;2)建立职责较为清晰的生产管理程序体系,保障管理流程与组织机构职责匹配性;3)建立覆盖运行管理、工作过程管理、设备可靠性、备品备件与服务管理等主要业务领域的较完整管理流程。
In order to ensure the smooth development of production activities after the handover of the project,and to provide input for the production management information system project construction,a domestic nuclear power plant carried out the construction of production management process,aiming to establish an interlinked,and systematic production process with clear responsibility.After the preliminary planning,refinement and improvement,trial operation and other stages of work implementation,to achieve the following objectives:1.Establish the production process network centering on the work process management and connecting the different fields;2.Establish a production management procedure system with clear responsibilities to ensure the compatibility between the process and the responsibilities;3.Establish a more complete management process covering operation management,work process management,equipment reliability,spare parts and service management and other major areas.
