工作场学习视角下的培训有效性研究

摘要 以工作场学习为视角,以“学校管理者变革领导力参与式工作坊”项目为个案,采用柯氏四级评估模型对培训项目的有效性进行分析,以工作场学习理论中的学习内容、学习动机、技术组织环境和社会文化环境角度对探寻学校管理者学习真正发生的多方面因素进行分析,继而提出通过设计指向学校整体改进的培训项目,重视培训中学习者的情感体验,设置培训的实践与反思环节,建立持久的学习共同体运行机制,提高培训有效性。
