摘要
建立了气相色谱法测定聚丙烯酰胺中机械用润滑剂含量的分析方法。以Ultra 2色谱柱分离,采用火焰离子检测器(FID)检测,内标法定量。结果显示,机械用润滑剂在20~2000 mg/L质量浓度范围内均与对应的峰面积呈良好的线性关系(R^(2)>0.999),检出限(S/N=3)为3 mg/kg,加标回收率为92.6%~95.9%,相对标准偏差为1.7%~5.8%。
Develop an analytical method of mechanical lubricant in polyacrylamide.The analyte was separated on an Ultra-2 column,then detected in flame ionized detector(FID)and quantified by internal standard method.The results showed that the standard curve for mechanical lubricant was linear over the concentration range of 20~2000 mg/L with the linear correlation coefficients greater than 0.999.The detection limit of the method(S/N=3)was 3 mg/kg.The spiked recoveries ranged from 92.6%~95.9%with RSDs of 1.7%~5.8%.
