摘要
黄芪为临床常用中药。《中华人民共和国药典》提到黄芪的常用剂量为9~30 g,《长沙药解》云黄芪“善达皮腠,专通肌表”,说明黄芪在皮肤科疾病治疗中具有重要作用。临床应用大剂量黄芪治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛可益气扶正,祛除邪气,防止久病伤气,祛瘀而不伤正。应用大剂量黄芪治疗黄褐斑可补肺脾之气,助血液生成,推动血液在脉中运行,使气血上荣于面部,色斑得消。应用大剂量黄芪治疗休止期脱发可补益肝肾、气血、阴阳,滋养毛窍而生发。
Huangqi(Astragalus membranaceus) is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice.In Pharmacopoeia of the People′s Republic of China,it is said that the usual dose of Huangqi is 9-30 g.In Chang Sha Yao Jie,it was said that Huangqi "is good at activate the Qi in skin level",which explains the important role of Huangqi in treatment of dermatological diseases.Clinical application of high doses of Huangqi in treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia can invigorate and strengthen vital Qi,eliminate evil Qi,prevent chronic illness from injuring Qi,and eliminate Stasis without harming the vital Qi.And the application of large doses of Huangqi to treat chloasma can replenish the Qi of the Lungs and Spleen,help Blood production,promote Blood to run in the veins,make the Qi and blood moisten the face,and eliminate the pigmentation.Also,the application of large doses of Huangqi in treatment of telogen effluvium can nourish the Liver and Kidney,Qi and Blood,Yin and Yang,and nourish the follicular orifice to grow hair.
