Huanglian Jiedu Decoction in Regulating Intestinal Flora Abundance in Treatment of Diabetes

黄连解毒汤可以通过调节失调的肠道菌群、恢复有益菌及致病菌的平衡、减轻肠道炎症反应,从而保护肠道屏障,使肠道菌群免受外来细菌及有害物质的破坏,改善胰岛素抵抗,使相关细胞恢复正常,从而发挥治疗糖尿病的作用。同时肠道菌群具有对黄连解毒汤进行转化的作用,使不易吸收的成分转化为具有生物活性的前体药物,增强黄连解毒汤的药效。但目前对黄连解毒汤发挥作用的具体成分及靶点有待深入挖掘,现有研究多为动物实验,缺乏临床研究资料,同时对于黄连解毒汤的合理给药剂量把控有待研究,未来可深入探索黄连解毒汤调节肠道菌群的具体成分及机制,加强大样本、多中心的临床研究,为糖尿病的治疗提供新思路。

Huanglian Jiedu Decoction mainly protects the intestinal barrier by regulating the imbalanced intestinal flora,restoring the balance of beneficial bacteria and pathogenic bacteria,reducing intestinal inflammation,thus preventing the intestinal flora from being damaged by foreign bacteria and harmful substances,improving insulin resistance as well as helping related cells return to normal condition.In this way,it plays a role in the treatment of diabetes.At the same time,the intestinal flora can regulate the biotransformation of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction,convert the components that are not easily absorbed into biologically active prodrugs,and enhance the efficacy of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction.However,at present,the specific components and targets of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction need to be further explored.The existing research is mostly on animal experiments and there is a lack of clinical research data.In addition,the reasonable dosage and control of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction needs to be studied.The specific components and mechanisms of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction in regulating the intestinal flora can be further explored in the future and large-sample and multi-center clinical research should be strengthened to provide new ideas for the treatment of diabetes.
