基于数据挖掘分析针灸治疗中风后抑郁

Analysis of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating Post-Stroke Depression based on Data Mining

目的:采用CiteSpace分析中国知网从建库至2021年7月12日针灸治疗中风后抑郁(post-stroke depression,PSD)的文献特点,并对文献中的针灸处方进行Apriori关联规则的数据挖掘,分析针灸治疗PSD的发展趋势以及取穴特点。方法:检索中国知网中关于针灸治疗PSD的相关文献,使用CiteSpace5.7.R5W软件分析其时间、期刊、机构等情况,并将结果进行可视化展示,使用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0对文献中的穴位进行挖掘。结果:共获得1 437篇文献,主要以期刊文献为主(75%);1995—2019年文献总体呈上升趋势,2020年以后文献数量开始下降,总体呈现上升趋势;机构发文前5位分别是广州中医药大学(120篇)、黑龙江中医药大学(117篇)、天津中医药大学(110篇)、安徽中医药大学(83篇)、成都中医药大学(48篇)等;作者发文前5位分别是安徽中医药大学的肖伟(30篇)、天津中医药大学的张春红(15篇)、福建中医药大学的张卫(15篇)、安徽中医药大学的王震和章显宝(均为15篇);针灸治疗PSD选用穴位频次最高的分别为百会、太冲、内关;关联度最高的穴位配伍为百会-内关,其次为百会-三阴交。结论:针灸治疗PSD的特点:地域上总体形成了以华南地区为主,华东、东北地区为辅的分布特点;百会、太冲、内关是频次最高的穴位;醒脑开窍、行气疏肝、益阴养血法可能是将来针灸治疗PSD的关注点。

Objective:CiteSpace was used to analyze the characteristics of literature on(post-stroke depression,PSD)treated by acupuncture on China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI) since the database was established to July 12,2021,and data mining of Apriori association rules for acupuncture prescriptions in literature were carried out.To analyze the development trend and acupoint selection characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of PSD.Methods:Relevant literature on acupuncture treatment of PSD in CNKI was searched,and CiteSpace5.7.R5 W software was used to analyze its time,journals,institutions,etc.,and the results were visualized.IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used to mine the acupoints in the literature.Results:A total of 1 437 articles were retrieved,mainly in journals,accounting for 75%.From 1996 to 2019,the literature generally showed an upward trend,but after 2020,it began to plummet,however,it still showed an overall upward trend.The top 5 institutions that issued articles are Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine(120 articles),Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine(117 articles),Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(110 articles),Anhui University of Chinese Medicine(83 articles),Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(48 articles),etc.The top 5 authors are Professor Xiao Wei from Anhui University of Chinese Medicine(30 articles),Professor Zhang Chunhong from Tianjin University of Chinese Medicine(15 articles),Professor Zhang Wei from Fujian University of Chinese Medicine(15 articles),and Wang Zhen and Zhang Xianbao scholars from Anhui University of Chinese Medicine(15 articles respectively).The most frequently used acupoints for acupuncture treatment of PSD were Baihui,Taichong,and Neiguan.The acupoints with the highest correlation were Baihui-Neiguan,followed by Baihui-Sanyinjiao.Conclusion:The characteristics of acupuncture in the treatment of PSD:the geographical distribution characteristics are mainly formed in North China,supplemented by East China and Northeast China.Baihui,Taichong and Neiguan are the most frequent acupoints.Xingnao Kaiqiao,soothing the Liver and regulating Qi,and enriching Yin and Blood may be the focus of future acupuncture treatment of PSD.
