青豫直流工程中1000kV GIL运行状态的检测研究 被引量:4

摘要 气体绝缘金属封闭输电线路(GIL)已经广泛出现在很多需要大容量输电的场合,因而电网对GIL设备的稳定运行要求也随之提高。青豫直流工程是世界首条以输送新能源为主的输电大通道,1 000 kV GIL作为其中的核心组成设备,其运行状态的检测至关重要。以此为研究对象,在介绍了豫阳I线GIL管廊的基本情况之后,探讨了超声检测、特高频检测、X光检测、红外检测、声学成像检测、超声探伤等方法在GIL设备运行状态检测中的应用,并基于多次测量的数据进行了分析。其研究结论可为我国GIL工程设备运维提供参考。 Gas-insulated metal-enclosed transmission lines(GIL)have been widely used in many occasions requiring large-capacity transmission,so the power grid’s requirement for the stable operation of GIL equipment also increases. The Qinghai-Henan direct current project is the world’s first great transmission channel mainly for new energy. The 1 000 kV GIL is the core component of the project,thus it is very important to detect its running state. Taking the detection as the research object,this paper first introduces the basic situation of GIL gallery of Yuyang Line I,and then discusses the application of ultrasonic detection,UHF detection,X-ray detection,infrared detection,acoustic imaging detection,ultrasonic flaw detection and other methods in GIL equipment operation status detection. Finally,the paper makes analyses based on the data of multiple measurements. The research conclusions can provide reference for the operation and maintenance of GIL engineering equipment in China.
