摘要
通过介绍单流环密封油系统的工作原理,对某新安装的660 MW机组单流环密封油系统调试阶段出现的氢气系统进油事故进行了排查,并从密封油的流体动力学和静力学角度分析,确定了氢气系统进油的原因,并提出了改进措施,消除了发电机进油的事故隐患,为出现类似问题的同类型机组及单流环密封油系统提供处理经验和参考。
By introducing the working principle of the single-ring type sealing oil system,this paper investigates the oil intake accident of hydrogen system that occurred in the commissioning stage of the single-ring type sealing oil system of a newly installed 660 MW unit,and then determines the reason of hydrogen system oil intake by analyzing the hydrodynamics and static mechanics of sealing oil. Finally,the paper puts forward the improvement measures to eliminate the hidden danger of generator oil intake,and provide treatment experience and reference for the same type of unit and single-ring type sealing oil system with similar problems.
