应用型大学办学理念的哲学意涵与实践品格——习近平“不求最大,但求最优,但求适应社会需要”理念分析

On the Philosophical Implications and Practical Characters of Xi Jinping’s University-running Concept

习近平同志在福州工作期间,创造性地运用马克思主义立场、观点、方法研究大学的办学治校问题,提出了“不求最大,但求最优,但求适应社会需要”的办学理念。这一理念具有直面核心课题的问题导向、体现话语方式的风格创新、凸显知行合一的实践品格、富含内外关系的辩证思维、彰显育人为本的质量意识、引领长远发展的战略眼光等理论特质,蕴涵深厚的哲学智慧,对新时代大学校长治校及其理念创新具有重要启示。新时代的大学校长要做办学治校的“行家里手”,新时代的大学要创设办学理念新体系,在回应“教育之问”中探寻成功大学之道。

During his work in Fuzhou,Xi Jinping creatively applied Marxist standpoint,viewpoint and method to the study of university running and management,and put forward the idea of“no emphasis on the largest scale,but the best quality,and adaptation to the social needs”.This concept has the following theoretical characteristics:t he problem orientation of facing the core subject,the innovation of discourse,the practice character of the unity of knowing and action,the dialectical thinking of the unity of internal and external relations,t he quality consciousness of educating people,and the strategic vision of long-term development,which contains profound philosophical wisdom,and enlightenment to the university presidents’administration and ideological innovation in the new era.The president of a university in the new era should be an“expert”at running a school,while the university in the new era should establish a new university-running system and explore the way to a successful university in response to the“question of education”.
