钛酸锂电池化成工艺的探索研究

摘要 基于钛酸锂电池在循环过程中胀气的问题及进一步提升钛酸锂电池循环寿命的开发需求,本文主要研究钛酸锂电池化成工艺,即采用不同的化成电流,测试每一步充放电结束后电池的体积变化,计算出每一步充放电过程中的产气量及产气速率。结果表明:化成电流越小,化成过程产气量越大,产气速率越小。因此,化成过程中损失的电解液量越少,电池的保液量越大,从而电池循环性能越优,循环后电池体积变化越小。 Based on lithium titanate battery bilge gas in the process of circulation problems and further enhance the development of the lithium titanate battery cycle life demand,this paper mainly research on lithium titanate battery into process,namely using different forming current,charge and discharge test every step after the volume change of the battery,every step to calculate the charge and discharge process of gas production and gas production rate.The results show that the smaller the formation current is,the larger the gas production and the lower the gas production rate are.Therefore,the less electrolyte is lost in the formation process,that is,the larger the liquid retention amount of the battery is,the better the cycle performance of the battery is,the smaller the volume change after the cycle.
