常规检验与生化检验在临床糖尿病诊断中的价值比较 被引量:5

摘要 目的对常规检验与生化检验在糖尿病疾病诊断中的临床运用效果进行对比。方法回顾性选取日照市中医医院于2020年10月—2021年9月收治的74例糖尿病患者为研究对象,分别采取常规检验(常规组)、生化检验(生化组),将检查结果同金标准相比较,并对两组的疾病诊断准确率、血糖、血脂等情况进行观察与比较。结果常规组诊断准确率为78.38%、灵敏度为94.55%、特异度为31.58%;生化组诊断准确率为94.59%、灵敏度为96.92%、特异度为77.78%,两组的准确率、特异度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生化组所检测的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白及糖耐量指标均明显高于常规组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);生化组所检测的总胆固醇、三酰甘油指标水平比常规组更高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在糖尿病诊断中,生化检验效果更为显著,有较高的准确率,有助于病情诊断,值得在临床上广泛地推广使用。 Objective To compare the clinical application effect of routine test and biochemical test in the diagnosis of diabetes.Methods A total of 74 diabetic patients admitted to Rizhao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2020 to September 2021 were retrospectively selected as the research object.Routine tests(routine group)and biochemical tests(biochemical group)were taken respectively.The test results were compared with the gold standard,and the disease diagnosis accuracy,blood glucose,blood lipid and other conditions of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy of the routine group was 78.38%,the sensitivity was 94.55%,and the specificity was 31.58%;the diagnostic accuracy of the biochemical group was 94.59%,the sensitivity was 96.92%,and the specificity was 77.78%,and the accuracy and specifictity of the two groups were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and glucose tolerance detected in the biochemical group were significantly higher than those in the routine group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the levels of total cholesterol and triglyceride detected in the biochemical group were higher than those in the routine group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus,biochemical tests are more effective and have a higher accuracy rate,which is helpful for the diagnosis of the disease,and is worthy of widespread clinical use.
