摘要
目的研究依帕司他联合α-硫辛酸治疗高龄糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的效果及安全性。方法以2020年1月—2022年1月入院的100例高龄DPN患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组(50例)与对照组(50例)。对照组单用α-硫辛酸治疗,研究组联用α-硫辛酸、依帕司他治疗。比较两组治疗前后神经传导速度、MDNS评分、氧化应激反应指标(MDA、GSH、SOD)水平与不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组神经传导速度、MDNS评分、氧化应激反应指标水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);较治疗前,两组治疗后神经传导速度更快,MDNS评分与MDA水平更低,SOD、GSH水平更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组较对照组神经传导速度更快,MDNS评分与MDA水平更低,SOD、GSH水平更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论依帕司他联合α-硫辛酸治疗高龄DPN的效果显著,可有效提升神经传导速度,缓解氧化应激反应,且不良反应少,安全性高。
Objective To study the efficacy and safety of epalrestat combined withα-lipoic acid in the treatment of elderly diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with DPN who were admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into study group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases).The control group was treated withα-lipoic acid alone,and the study group was treated withα-lipoic acid and epalrestat.The nerve conduction velocity,MDNS score,oxidative stress index(MDA,GSH,SOD)levels and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in nerve conduction velocity,MDNS score,and oxidative stress index levels between the two groups(P>0.05);compared with before treatment,the nerve conduction velocity in the two groups after treatment was faster,the MDNS score and MDA level were lower,and the SOD and GSH levels were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,compared with the control group,the nerve conduction velocity of the study group was faster,the MDNS score and MDA level were lower,and the SOD and GSH levels were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Epalrestat combined withα-lipoic acid has a significant effect in the treatment of elderly DPN,can effectively improve the nerve conduction velocity,relieve oxidative stress,and has few adverse reactions and high safety.
