综合护理在妊娠糖尿病合并妊娠高血压中的价值及对血压和血糖的改善评价

The Value of Comprehensive Nursing in Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Gestational Hypertension and the Improvement Evaluation of Blood Pressure and Blood Glucose

目的探究对妊娠糖尿病合并妊娠高血压患者施行综合护理的效果及对血压和血糖的影响。方法借助掷币法将2018年1月—2020年12月该院74例妊娠糖尿病合并妊娠高血压患者分为对照组(37例,施行常规护理)、观察组(37例,施行综合护理)。对比两组血压水平、血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白、遵医行为评分、心理弹性量表评分。结果护理后,观察组糖化血红蛋白及血糖水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血压水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组遵医行为评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心理弹性评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠糖尿病合并妊娠高血压患者施行综合护理更有助于控糖及控压效果,并有利于提高遵医性,改善其心理弹性。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with gestational diabetes mellitus complicated with gestational hypertension and its effect on blood pressure and blood glucose.Methods Used the coin flip method,74 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus and gestational hypertension in the hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were divided into the control group(37 cases,who received routine care)and the observation group(37 cases,who received comprehensive care).The blood pressure level,blood glucose level,glycosylated hemoglobin,medical compliance behavior score and psychological resilience scale score were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin and blood glucose in the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the blood pressure level of the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of medical compliance behavior of the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the psychological resilience score of the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing comprehensive nursing for gestational diabetes mellitus patients with gestational hypertension is more helpful the effect of glucose control and pressure control,and is beneficial to improve medical compliance and improve their psychological resilience.
