中药泡洗联合硫辛酸、甲钴胺治疗糖尿病性下肢周围神经病变的临床探讨

Clinical Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine Soaking and Washing Combined with Lipoic Acid and Methylcobalamin in the Treatment of Diabetic Lower Extremity Peripheral Neuropathy

目的探讨糖尿病性下肢PN(周围神经病变)采用辨证中药泡洗+硫辛酸(ALA)注射液、甲钴胺口服疗法的临床效果。方法选取该院2020年5月—2021年12月治疗的130例糖尿病性下肢PN患者,按数字法分为对照组、观察组,每组65例。两组在严格控制血糖水平基础上,对照组静脉使用硫辛酸注射液及甲钴胺片口服。观察组在对照组治疗基础上加辨证使用中药泡洗,对比两组疗效。结果两组于相同的干预时间行相关干预后,观察组下肢PN症状改善方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胫后神经(PTN)与腓总神经(CPN)感觉传导速率改善方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病性下肢PN,中药泡洗+静脉注射ALA+口服甲钴胺片疗法的应用可获得确切效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of dialectical Chinese medicine soaking+lipoic acid(ALA)injection and oral mecobalamin for diabetic lower extremity PN(peripheral neuropathy).Methods 130 patients with lower limb PN caused by diabetes treated in the hospital from May 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by numerical method,with 65 cases in each group.On the basis of strictly controlling the blood glucose level,the control group was given lipoic acid injection intravenously and Mecobalamin tablets orally.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group,and the curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group was better than the control group in the improvement of lower limb PN symptoms,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group was better than the control group in the improvement of sensory conduction rate of posterior tibial nerve(PTN)and common peroneal nerve(CPN),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For diabetic lower extremity PN,the application of traditional Chinese medicine soaking+intravenous injection of ALA+oral mecobalamin tablets can achieve exact effects.
