聚乙二醇滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠治疗白内障术后干眼症的临床效果及对泪液炎性因子的影响

Clinical effect of polyethylene glycol eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate on dry eye after cataract operation and its effect on inflammatory factors of tear

目的观察聚乙二醇滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠治疗白内障术后干眼症的临床效果及对患者泪液炎性因子的影响。方法回顾性选择2019年1月—2020年1月福建中医药大学附属南平市人民医院收治的白内障术后干眼症患者800例,以治疗药物的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组400例。对照组应用玻璃酸钠治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗,2组均治疗2个月。比较2组患者治疗前后眼表疾病指数量表(OSDI)评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光素染色(FL)评分、泪液炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)]水平。结果治疗2个月后,2组患者OSDI评分、FL评分、TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于治疗前,BUT长于治疗前,且观察组低/长于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论聚乙二醇滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠治疗白内障术后干眼症的效果好,可延长BUT,减轻泪液炎性反应与角膜损伤程度,显著改善干眼症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of polyethylene glycol eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate on dry eye after cataract operation and the effect on inflammatory factors of tear. Methods A total of 800 patients with dry eye after cataract surgery admitted to Nanping People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020 were retrospectively selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment drugs,with 400 cases in each group. The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate,and the observation group was treated with polyethylene glycol eye drops on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 2 months. OSDI score,tear film rupture time( BUT),corneal fluorescein staining( FL) score and tear inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α( TNF-α),interleukin-6( IL-6) ] levels before and after treatment were compared between2 groups. Results After 2 months of treatment,OSDI score,FL score,TNF-α and IL-6 levels in 2 groups were lower than before,BUT were longer than before,and the observation group was lower/longer than the control group( all P < 0. 01).Conclusion The effect of polyethylene glycol eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of dry eye after cataract surgery is good,can prolong BUT,reduce tear inflammatory reaction and corneal injury degree,significantly improve the symptoms of dry eye,worthy of clinical application.
