一种穴盘苗振动松脱装置的动力学研究

摘要 针对全自动机械化苗移植易造成取投苗装置对基质构形的破坏和苗的损伤,设计了一种手动穴盘苗振动松脱装置,以满足特定幼苗移栽的农艺需求。解决了在缺乏动力的条件下,苗与穴苗盘间可靠松脱的问题,为后续的全自动机械化移栽提供了可靠保障;所研发的手动穴盘苗振动松脱装置包含振动松脱系统和冲击激励系统两大主要部分;根据系统的动态研究结果,针对不同的苗、基质、含水率、生长时间等,适当调节动态特定系统参数,可以实现多工况下的苗松脱。文中研究对于深入开展全自动机械化育苗移栽具有十分重要的理论价值和深远的现实意义。 Since the fully automated and mechanized seedling transplantation easily causes the picking-throwing device to damage the shape of the root-containing substrates and injure the seedlings, in this article the vibration-release device for tray seedlings is designed to meet the agronomic needs of specific seedling transplantation. In a reliable manner, the seedlings can be released from the tray with the lack of power, thus providing reliable guarantee for the subsequent fully automated and mechanized transplantation;the vibration-release device for tray seedlings includes two main parts: the vibration-release system and the impact-stimulating system;according to the dynamic research on this system, for different seedlings, substrates, moisture content, growth time, etc., the dynamic and specific systematic parameters can be adjusted appropriately, in order to achieve more vibration-release under different working conditions. This research has important theoretical value and far-reaching practical significance for in-depth development of fully automated and mechanized seedling transplantation.
