摘要 为建立某企业所用机器人焊枪设备的预防性维修策略,文中收集其现场故障数据,对其故障数据类型及主要故障形式进行研究;利用可靠性统计分析理论,依据故障间隔时间样本,对故障数据进行分布拟合,找到其分布规律,确定数据分布函数形式。应用可靠性理论的FMEA方法,分析机器人焊枪零部件的故障形式,并按照其危害度汇总整理成表。运用三角白化权函数,以危险度和发生频率为评价指标,对故障形式和设备零部件进行定性评价,构建灰色综合评价模型;通过分析机器故障数据分布函数,得到设备的MTBF为3 322.88 h。根据灰色综合评价体系,将故障形式和零部件的危险度和发生频率进行等级分类;依据灰色评价体系所得结果,建立了以机器人焊枪的MTBF为维修周期的针对该企业机器人焊枪的预防性维修策略并开始实施。 In this article, in order to work out the preventive maintenance strategy of the robot welding-gun equipment used in the enterprise, efforts are made to collect the on-site data on faults as well as explore the data types and main forms. Based on the reliability statistical analysis and the fault interval samples, the distribution of the fault data is fitted, the distribution law is found out, and the form of data distribution function is determined. The FMEA method of the reliability theory is applied to analyze the fault form of the robot welding-gun’s parts, and the fault forms are summarized and sorted into a table according to the hazard degree. The fault forms and equipment parts are qualitatively evaluated by means of the triangular whitening weight function, with the evaluation indexes of risk degree and occurrence frequency, and the model of grey evaluation is constructed. According to the distribution function of the fault data, the MTBF of the equipment is 3 322.88 h. According to the grey-evaluation system, the fault forms as well as the risk degree and the occurrence frequency of different parts are classified. Based on the results obtained from the grey-evaluation system, the preventive maintenance strategy for the robot welding-gun used in the enterprise is identified and implemented, with the MTBF of the robot welding gun as the maintenance cycle.
