体育强国背景下竞技篮球体育项目后备人才培养研究

在国家提出全面推进体育强国建设的背景下,篮球项目作为重要的国际性体育项目,引起各界的高度重视。对竞技篮球体育项目后备人才的培养,也成为新时期发展篮球项目、促进体育强国建设需要重点关注的问题。文章结合体育强国背景下我国竞技篮球体育项目后备人才培养的机遇和优势,针对后备人才培养的主要策略进行系统探究,从多角度提出培养后各人才的建议,旨在促进竞技篮球体育项目在现代社会的发展,全面加快我国体育强国建设发展总体进程。

Under the background of comprehensively promoting the construction of a sports power,basketball,as ar important international sports project,has attracted great attention from all walks of life.The cultivation of reserve talents for compeitive basketball sports has also become a key ise in developing basketball sports and promoting the construction of a sports power in the new era.Combined with the opportunities and advantages of China's competitive basketball sports reserve talent taining under the background of sports power,this paper systeatically explores the main strategies of reserve talent training,and puts forward suggestions on cultivating reserve talents from muliple angles,in order to promote the development of competitive basketball sports in moder society and comprehensively speed up the overall process of the construction and I development of China's sports power.
